Carrie Steinberger
Director of Operations and Business Development
Carrie moved to Arizona in 2025 after spending her entire life in Wisconsin. She earned her business degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she later met her husband of nearly 32 years, David. She returned to Milwaukee from Madison, where they raised their three children.

While her primary focus was raising her family and volunteering, Carrie also put her business background to work in marketing for a tour operator before founding and operating six fitness clubs. After 11 years, she sold the company and stepped into the role of CEO of a meeting app. Although the pandemic altered those plans, the experience proved instrumental in shaping her leadership and perspective.

Volunteerism has always been a priority for Carrie and her family, who have supported numerous charities over the years. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, they launched their own nonprofit, We’re All in This Together (WAITT), raising nearly $10,000 that was distributed to a local food bank and two Milwaukee-area hospitals.

Carrie went on to earn a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Education from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She currently serves on two nonprofit boards and chairs or participates in several committees. As she transitions to Arizona, Carrie looks forward to focusing her nonprofit leadership and community involvement in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.
