Jenny Martin, MBA
Founder and CEO
Jenny brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and business development, with executive leadership roles in both hospital and private practice settings since 2012. As Chief Growth Officer at Arizona Center for Cancer Care, she is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding partnerships, and advancing innovative models of care that enhance access and outcomes for patients across Arizona.
Jenny’s professional mission is deeply personal. After losing her younger sister, Annie, to cancer at the age of 24, she became especially passionate about cancer treatment and patient-centered care. Motivated to make a meaningful impact, Jenny leveraged her expertise in oncology healthcare administration to found Phoenix Cancer Support Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families throughout treatment and survivorship.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies with a concentration in Speech from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, Sam, and their three children, Ari, Elliott, and Gia.
Jeffrey M. Weber, MD
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Jeffrey Weber earned a medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature. Following medical school, Dr. Weber completed both an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Georgetown Division of the District of Columbia General Hospital in Washington, D.C. He then moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology, Dr. Weber has expertise in colonoscopy, gastroscopy, ERCP, inflammatory bowel diseases, peptic ulcer and gastroesophageal reflux disease, and liver diseases.
Prior to joining PCSN, Dr. Weber spent 30 years as a gastroenterologist in private practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During this time, he also served as the Medical Director of both the Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center Comprehensive Obesity Treatment Program and the West Allis Memorial Hospital Weight Loss Program.
Dr. Weber has participated in numerous research studies throughout his career. In 2001, he was named Best Doctor in Milwaukee by Shepard Publications. He is also a 2003 recipient of the America’s Top Physicians Award through the Community Research Council of America. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
In 2005, Dr. Weber became intensely involved in sarcoma cancer fundraising and awareness after the loss of his 24-year-old daughter, Annie. To honor his late daughter, Dr. Weber helped form Annie’s Connection SC, a member-directed support group serving those who have lost young adults.
A year later, he co-founded Annie’s Night, which benefits the MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer) Fund, an organization dedicated to finding effective treatments and cures for pediatric cancers and other blood-related disorders. “Working with cancer patients is a natural progression in my career,” he says. Of his goal for patients, Dr. Weber says, “I hope that through an encounter with a patient and their caregivers, I am able to provide them with some sense of peace, lessen their fear and diminish their suffering.”
Dr. Weber is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Gastroenterology Association, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Maricopa County Medical Society and the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
Frederick Dias

Fred was first touched by cancer as a teenager when his mother was diagnosed and lost her valiant three-year battle. As a result, he wishes to assist patients and loved ones navigate the often-overwhelming landscape and their successful battle against this disease. Prior to serving on the board of the Phoenix Cancer Support Network he served as the Managing Partner of Jerold Kaplan Law Office PC the largest Arizona based Creditors Rights law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona.
Glen J. Weiss, MD, MBA
Board Member
Dr. Weiss is a board-certified medical oncologist with more than 10 years of experience in comprehensively managing cancer patients. He has served in numerous leadership positions both in the clinic and laboratory, in the community setting, as well as, a NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center. Dr. Weiss completed medical school at Sackler School of Medicine, internal medicine residency at SUNY-Downstate, and a hematology/oncology fellowship at University of Colorado, where he served as the Chief Fellow in his final year. He also earned an MBA at W.P. Carey School of Business. In 2016, he received the Healthcare Leadership Researcher of the Year award from AZ Business Magazine. He was the Director of Phase I Clinical Research at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and faculty at Harvard Medical School. Currently, he is serving in a leadership position at a biotech pharmaceutical company based in Boston/Cambridge. Dr. Weiss has published over 275 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts and has received research funding from institutions such as the American Cancer Society and the National Foundation for Cancer Research.
Jori Davis
Board Member
Jori Davis graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and earned her Master of Business Administration from Western International University. She began her journey in healthcare over 20 years ago supporting the care of hematology and oncology patients and has a strong background in executive leadership across the continuum of care.
Jori served as the Practice Administrator at Arizona Oncology, an affiliate of the US Oncology Network. During her 9-year tenure, she was instrumental in the rapid growth and expansion of service lines in the Phoenix metropolitan division. These included in the first statewide Breast Care Center, one of the first comprehensive cancer centers, 4 satellite locations, 25 specialists and significant growth.
In 2012, Jori transitioned to an administrator role at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert, Arizona. In this role, she focused on programmatic development of multi-disciplinary, disease specific care teams in order to achieve high quality and individualized care models. 3 years later Jori was promoted to Executive Director of Banner University Medical Group for the Department of Medicine. During this time, she developed new programs and services and implemented multi-disciplinary approaches to care.
In 2017, Jori started her own business, AmeriCare, as a result of her passion to improve community health outcomes. She created the Cancer Warriors Program focused on access to care, healthcare navigation, advocacy, and education. Jori’s Cancer Warriors Program has been highly recognized by patients and healthcare providers because it facilitates communication and a highly coordinated care experience, while overcoming barriers and providing resources that would have otherwise been unavailable.
Jori currently serves as the Vice President for Support Services at Valleywise Health. Valleywise is Arizona’s only public teaching and safety net health system. In this role she provides executive leadership for acute, behavioral health, and ambulatory operations and is committed to providing access to care for underserved people and communities. She is a native to Arizona and lives in Phoenix, with her husband, Will and their two dogs, Roscoe and Cooper.
Heather Prendergast

Heather Prendergast is an accomplished event industry professional with over 15 years of experience. Originally from northern California, Heather has called Arizona home since 2004. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including CEO of Chateau Luxe and founder of her own event planning company.
Her expertise in event planning and management has been instrumental in the success of many high-profile events, and she is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
When she’s not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, exploring the natural beauty of Arizona, and traveling to new destinations. Her passion for events and her dedication to excellence make her an excellent addition to the board at PCSN.
Brock Dieterle

Brock Dieterle is an accomplished MBA-level accounting professional with over 14 years of experience and a proven track record of implementing strategic financial initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Specializing in healthcare, he has a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within this sector and uses his expertise to support the growth and prosperity of patient services. Brock is a firm believer in fostering a company culture that prioritizes staff development, patient satisfaction, financial stewardship, and accountability. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
