In all that we do, our goal is to remove as much of the burden of cancer as possible so that patients can focus on getting better. Cancer patients are often faced with making quick decisions under immense pressure, often with limited understanding and information. We offer resources to help support you and your family during a difficult time.
At PCSN our number one priority is to provide safe, reliable & compassionate service to every client in every interaction.
During my time in Arizona being treated for metastatic breast cancer, Phoenix Cancer Support Network was there when I most needed help and assistance. Whether it involved arranging for transportation, which enabled me to buy food and vitamins, or it had to do with offering companionship and support for doctors appointments, I felt a great sense of relief being able to call an organization that’s focused on fulfilling many basic needs during a difficult time.
On February 2nd, 2018, our lives changed forever. Our daughter, Bridget, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. After seeking the best treatment available for Bridget, I picked up and moved with Bridget to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN. The treatment is long. Ten weeks of chemotherapy, amputation of the right limb below the knee, followed by another 22 weeks of chemotherapy, barring any delays.

When you have cancer and have had your surgery, your chemo and have started your radiation you realize people aren’t around much anymore. They’re tired of you being sick and honestly tired of the whole ordeal. Needless to say, they have no idea that your journey is just beginning.
